About the Founder
Molly Pacheco is the founder of Freely Wealth — a financial planning firm built for people creating lives outside the traditional mold.
As a first-generation Mexican-American woman, Molly’s relationship with money was deeply personal long before it became professional. Growing up, she watched her immigrant parents work tirelessly to build stability and opportunity, which inspired her to pursue a career in finance with one goal in mind: understanding how to create lasting financial freedom for the people she loved.
She began her career in wealth management in New York City at Morgan Stanley and later Wells Fargo, where she advised high-net-worth individuals and families on investment strategy, retirement planning, and long-term wealth management. Working inside these institutions gave her a strong foundation in navigating complex financial decisions and building disciplined, long-range financial plans.
But over time, Molly realized that many people—especially creatives, entrepreneurs, and independent thinkers—felt disconnected from the traditional wealth management experience. They weren’t simply trying to maximize returns; they were trying to design meaningful lives. They wanted guidance that felt human, strategic, and aligned with their values, ambitions, and evolving definitions of success.
Almost a decade later, Freely Wealth was born from that realization.
